I’m a licensed clinician and practice owner who understands firsthand how complex and overwhelming the operational side of running a therapy practice can be. In addition to leading Just Nice Wellness, I’ve spent years working inside EHR systems, insurance portals, billing workflows, and compliance processes, both as a provider and as an operator.​
I created Just Nice Wellness Practice Management to bridge the gap between clinical work and business operations. My approach is grounded in building calm, ethical, and sustainable systems so practice owners are no longer forced to hold everything together themselves. This work isn’t about outsourcing tasks; it’s about creating a stable infrastructure that allows clinicians to focus on their clients and their own well-being.
