I’m a licensed clinician and practice owner who understands firsthand how complex and overwhelming the operational side of running a therapy practice can be. In addition to leading Just Nice Wellness, I’ve spent years working inside EHR systems, insurance portals, billing workflows, and compliance processes, both as a provider and as an operator.
I created Just Nice Wellness Practice Management to bridge the gap between clinical work and business operations. My approach is grounded in building calm, ethical, and sustainable systems so practice owners are no longer forced to hold everything together themselves. This work isn’t about outsourcing tasks; it’s about creating a stable infrastructure that allows clinicians to focus on their clients and their own well-being.

Practice Coordinator
Our Practice Coordinator brings over 14 years of experience in healthcare administration, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes so providers can focus on their clients and growth. She has completed her Clinical Medical Assistant certification and is highly skilled in insurance verification, authorizations, scheduling, billing support, and maintaining accurate, HIPAA-compliant records. With both administrative and clinical insight, she understands how the entire practice works and takes pride in catching the small details that make a big difference—helping reduce errors, prevent revenue loss, and keep workflows flowing with ease. Known for her positive energy, strong communication, and dependable support, she brings a friendly, can-do approach to every practice she works with.
